President & Chief Executive OfficerMarianna has twenty years’ experience in managing structured, complex executive search projects. She has carried out more than 500 searches to identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries of the Italian market. She has led complex market research both locally and internationally, as well as salary benchmarks and corporate governance projects. Marianna was previously Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy, where she worked for over ten years, building in-depth knowledge of the Industrial and Consumer Goods spaces. She graduated in Sociology (specializing in Social Psychology) and earned an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi University in Milan.
Founding PartnerLuca developed considerable experience as CFO and Human Resources Director at multinational companies and later in Organizational consulting. As well as traditional human resource issues, such as personnel selection and career development, he was also involved in industrial relations and the implementation of motivational systems and personnel appraisal schemes. Because of his time in multinational environments, such as Tetrapak and HDI Gerling, Luca has developed a broad range of skills in different sectors, with particular focus on Finance and Insurance. A graduate in Business Economics, Luca is a qualified accountant and is registered with the RUI (register of insurance intermediaries).
Founding PartnerResources and Organisation, Laura was previously the HR Director for Value Partners Management Consulting Group. Here she led and coordinated all the local and international recruiting, training, managerial and career development processes. She was also in charge of staffing and compensation systems. At the beginning of her career, Laura was a management consultant, specialising in post-merger integration and change management projects for groups and companies in the Aerospace, Telecom, Automotive and Insurance industries. Laura graduated in Business Economics, with a major in Organisation, from Bocconi University.
